To register with okbji, you'll need an active Bangladeshi mobile number, your full name, and date of birth. You must be at least 18 years old. The entire process takes just 2 minutes.

Only one okbji account is allowed per mobile number. Opening multiple accounts is a violation of the rules and may result in all accounts being suspended.

Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page. An OTP will be sent to your registered number. Verify the OTP and set a new password. The whole process takes less than 5 minutes.

Your account gets temporarily locked after too many failed login attempts. It unlocks automatically after 30 minutes. You can also contact support for a faster resolution.

Some details can be updated from your profile settings after logging in. However, changes to your name or date of birth require KYC verification. Please contact support.

As part of responsible gaming, okbji allows you to temporarily or permanently close your account. Submit a request to support. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance first.
